Queen's Freedom to Read Week 2014 took place at Speaker's Corner, Stauffer Library on Wed. 26 Feb. 2014 and Thurs. 27 Feb. 2014. Among the readers were Michele Chittenden (who read from The Handmaid's Tale by Margaret Atwood), Blake Butler (who read from Harry Potter and the Philosopher's Stone by J.K. Rowling, and Kimberly Sutherland-Mills (who read from Gone With the Wind by Margaret Mitchell).
