I use a variety of tools in web design including cascading style sheets, php and mySql applications, flash and photo tools (Fireworks, Corel Photopaint, Adobe Photoshop)
At work I use the open source application Zope and write with dtml, python and rss. There are many examples of application writing on the KFPL website
